In 2003, she started doing yoga to maintain her health after giving birth.
In 2005, she began teaching yoga in the Hanshin area, mainly in Ashiya.
Launch of the own studio "ganesha yoga ASHIYA"
In 2006, she experienced her first Ashtanga full primary led class without knowing anything about it. She was fascinated by the powerful movements even though her whole body hurt, so she started practicing, and her daily morning Ashtanga yoga practice became a part of her life.
She loves to travel, visiting local Mysore classes wherever she travels, and has come to appreciate the beauty of Ashtanga yoga, which can be practiced in the same style no matter where you are in the world.
2013-2015
Moved to the North East of England and taught yoga at local community centers and privately. Then moved to Italy.
After returning to Japan in 2016, she reopened Ganesha Yoga ASHIYA, where she continues to teach to the present day.
In 2018, 12 years after starting Ashtanga practice, I had the opportunity to practice under Master Sharath at the headquarters of KPJAYI.
In 2022, after the COVID-19 pandemic, I practiced under Master Sharath at SYC for the first time in three years and obtained the Level II Ashtanga Yoga teaching qualification from him.
In 2024, he was selected from among many candidates as an assistant to Master Sharath, and will gain experience in adjusting and teaching at SYC.
It has been many years since I discovered Ashtanga Yoga and began practicing it.
Practicing every morning became a habit, like breathing, and yoga became an indispensable part of my life.
This is a wonderful form of yoga that you will never get bored of, no matter how many years you practice it, as you will always discover something new.

I was unable to do yoga as I wanted due to being unfamiliar with raising twins, and I felt physically and mentally unwell to the point where I could barely breathe.
This experience made me realize once again the wonderfulness and healing effects of yoga.
After that, I became an instructor because I wanted to support people who try too hard.
