このワークショップでは、クンバカ(呼吸保持)プラーナヤマの基礎を学ぶことによって、ご自分でも安全かつ自信を持って強力なプラーナヤマの練習を続けることができます。お渡しするワークショップに関する資料はお持ち帰りいただけます。ご自身での練習にご活用ください

Mysore Class : 8-11:30am

Cameron & Mina will assist you in your unique yoga practice needs. 

 

Pranayama : 1:30~1pm

In this workshop you will learn the foundations of kumbhaka (breath hold) pranayama, and be able to safely and confidently continue with your own powerful pranayama practice (includes a 15 minutes break for tea and snacks after pranayama practice). Handouts will be provided.。

and reveal its synergy with asana and pranayama that brings about a deeper mind-body connection.

  • A clear understanding of meditation’s profound benefits for mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

  • Simple, practical techniques to confidently start or deepen your personal meditation practice.

Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner, this workshop will empower you with the knowledge

and tools to cultivate a sustainable meditation practice.

Ashtanga Yoga Beginner Course

To begin Ashtanga Yoga, you should first get a basic understanding of it and then attend classes regularly, which will allow you to progress more efficiently in your practice.

Therefore, Ganesha Yoga is suitable for beginners or those who have been absent for a while.

For those who have experience with Ashtanga yoga but have never taken a Mysore class

We offer a beginners course.

[Course Content]

Four times (within one month)

Basic knowledge of Ashtanga yoga

History and three important points

Breathing exercises

●Practice poses starting with sun salutations

We will work one-on-one at a pace that suits each individual.

You can continue to participate in Mysore classes even after the course has ended.

Those who have progressed to the half-primary level can also participate in the Red Class.

We offer Ashtanga Yoga classes taught by authorised instructor from India(SYC), as well as other styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa and Pilates.
Using the experience and knowledge of incorporating yoga into daily life, we can help you overcome the lack of exercise in your daily life.
We offer lessons to relieve stress and anxiety, to create healthy mind and body, to provide an oasis for local residents through yoga.

Ashtanga Yoga ASHIYA

Ashtanga Yoga instructor (mina) is certified as Authorised Level 2 instructors at the Sharath Yoga Centre (SYC) in Mysore, India , and teaches in the traditional style practiced in Mysore.
Anyone can practice at a pace that suits them, regardless of nationality, age, gender, experience, or physical ability.
